➡️ Open the Flashfood Partner app and navigate to the "Orders" tab at the top right.
➡️ Ask the shopper their name
➡️ Find the shoppers name in the orders tab and click it
➡️ Verify the Shopper is picking up the correct items and is satisfied
➡️ If yes, click the green order confirmation button
➡️ If no, have them reach out to Flashfood Customer Success team by using the "help" tab in their shopper app. If you're a partner with EBT, you have the ability to "Uncheck" any issue items while verifying the shoppers order with them to initiate a refund.
Please note:
Confirming orders as shoppers come in is important because it marks the order as picked up on both the partner and shopper apps.
Transactions are complete when the shopper places the order in the app. If the shopper does not pick up their order in time, your store will still be credited for the sale.
No money should be provided to the shopper.
