Can EBT items be refunded?

Yes, EBT items can be refunded, but it must be prior to confirming pickup in the app. After clicking the shoppers name to confirm their order, the ability to "UNCHECK" any items needing to be refunded is presented. Uncheck any items before clicking the order confirmation button.
