How do I post items on Flashfood?

Please note: The ability to scan barcodes depends on whether Flashfood receives your UPC data file.

UPC Scan:
➡️ Open the Flashfood Partner app and navigate to the “Active” tab.
➡️ Click the green “Post” button in the bottom right corner.
➡️ Scan the Item UPC and confirm the photo/description are accurate.
➡️ Add Quantity and Best-By date.
➡️ Click the green "Post" button.
➡️ The item is now listed in the "Active" tab.
➡️ Place the product in the designated Flashfood Zone.

Manual Post:
➡️ Open the Flashfood Partner app and navigate to the “Active” tab.
➡️ Click the green “Post” button in the bottom right corner.
➡️ Bypass the UPC scan function by clicking "Photo" at the top right.
➡️ Take a good, clear photo of the item (this will be the photo shoppers see).
➡️ Complete the item details (price, best-by date).
➡️ Click the green "Post" button.
➡️ The item is now listed in the "Active" tab.
➡️ Place the product in the designated Flashfood Zone.

Produce Bag/Box Post:
➡️ Open the Flashfood Partner app and navigate to the “Active” tab.
➡️ Click the green “Post” button in the bottom right corner.
➡️ Bypass the UPC scan function by clicking "Photo" at the top right.
➡️ Take a photo with the bag/box open, to show shoppers what the box includes.
➡️ Bypass the Regular item input by clicking "Produce Box" in the top right corner.
➡️ Complete the bag/box details - Box type, Box number, and best-before date (suggest 2 days).
➡️ Click the green "Post" button.
➡️ The produce box is now listed in the "Active" tab.
➡️ Mark the Bag/Box with the corresponding # to be sure a shopper grabs the right one on pickup.
