Why does my store’s produce box/bag participation not show on Flashfood reporting?

This occurs when stores post produce boxes using the regular item posting flow. Using the produce bag/box posting flow will ensure each produce box is captured in your reports. These are the steps to post a Produce Bag or Box:

 

➡️ Open the Flashfood Partner app and navigate to the “Active” tab in the Partner app.

➡️ Click the green “Post” button in the bottom right corner.

➡️ Bypass the UPC scan function by clicking "Photo" at the top right.

➡️ Take a photo with the bag/box open to provide shoppers with visibility into the offering.

➡️ Bypass the Regular item input by clicking "Produce Box" in the top right corner.

➡️ Complete the bag/box details - Box type, Box number, and best by date (suggest 2 days).

➡️ Click the green "Post" button.

➡️ The item is now listed in the "Active" tab.

➡️ Mark the Bag/Box with the corresponding # before placing it in the Flashfood Zone.
